What is it?
Xeomin is a neuromodulator; a compound that interferes with messages sent from neuron to neuron to affect muscle contraction. Common Neuromodulators are: Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau and Xeomin.
Here, at The P Treatment, we only provide Xeomin because it is a purified neurotoxin that diminishes auto antibody production. Many individuals already have an autoimmune disease, particularly since the COVID pandemic, therefore we have made a decision to only provide the safest form of neuromodulation. Xeomin is created from botulism A, just as Botox is, however it is purified twice, leading to the removal of antigenic proteins that can cause an autoimmune response. Botox can create an antibody response against the Botulinum A toxin, which makes the injectable medication ineffective. Since Xeomin is filtered twice, additive proteins are not present as they are with botox. The absence of the proteins in Xeomin eliminate the possibility of an antibody response.
We also provide micro dose injection treatment for rosacea and pore reduction.
What to expect?
Xeomin is administered through multiple small injections. There is minimal discomfort during the procedure.
